If your brush gets tangled in hair, we recommend that you simply remove the roller brush or side brushes to clean them, as this is easier for you to clean. You should also clean the robot vacuum regularly during normal use to prevent the brushes from clogging up and affecting normal use.

Please try to change a place for the dock and place the dock in the centre of the whole house (not just the center of the room) , not behind the door, no barriers or mirrors 1.5M around so that its signal can cover the whole house and when it starts off, it will plan the cleaning.

If turn on, please take away the Robot from charging station, reboot the Robot.

If the robot is in sleep-model, the indicator light is off, you need to wake up the robot first, then press "Power/Pause" on Remote control Or Press "Power/Pause" on Robot

The map displayed in-app should only be horizontal or vertical. If it appears at an angle, this may be due to the placement of the dock. Move the dock to a new location, with at least 0.5m of clearance on either side and 1.5m in front. You can also try switching off Map Saving then switching it back to create a new map with your next cleanup.

You have black or dark-colored carpet, please set the height of the object to more than around 10 cm while less than the height of your stairs.

The robot could not climb the carpet or threshold over 0.6 inch, especially when it returning for charging, it can climb lower.

1. Reboot the robot vacuum first. (Bot should not be on the charger, and wait for 2-3 mins before power on).

2. Use the remote control, click edge cleaning first and then smart cleaning.

The dust bin is full, please empty and clean it.

The filter is clogged, please clean or replace it.

The main brush is entangled by something, please clean it.

The anti-fall Sensors on the bottom of Neatsvor may be covered with dust. Wipe the anti-fall Sensors with Cleaning Tool to maintain their effectiveness

The Driving Wheels may be tangled with hair or debris. Use the Cleaning Tool to cut off and remove any hair\/debris tangled around the Driving Wheels

The robot vacuum may not run on certain dark or black surfaces.

Because the Infrared ray of anti-fall sensors may be absorbed by certain dark or black colored surface and recognize such area as an edge or a stair. When robot encounters this surface, robot may run away from this surface. No adjustment can be done to correct this behavior.

Reminder: Please keep the anti-fall sensors clean and do not block the anti-fall sensors, as this may create an unsafe operating condition.

1.The device is low or the device has been disconnected from the power supply;

The robot cannot connect to 5GHz WiFi. If you have correctly followed all the WiFi setup steps, try one of the following methods:

Make sure you are using the correct WiFi password.

--- If using an Android phone, we recommend giving permissions for Bluetooth, GPS, and location.

--- Select your current region in WeBackapp settings.

--- Select the right robot when setting up WiFi.

--- If your WiFi contains special characters such as question marks, we recommend changing your password and then trying again.
